Interestingly, when this thread originally began in 2006 that was before UT made its migration to the current server/format.

Otherwise, this development site was pretty stagnant for many years and went under the radar. It seems like North Drive acquired it in 2020 so that corresponds with the signage and indicators seen later that year.
 
Update: The heritage portion has been rescued from the previous mentioned Mother Nature...as it appears the vines that where encompassing the south wall have mostly been removed.
 
Update: The Host portion of this project has now been entirely vapourized. Hope folks kept their fond memories of this place intact. 😿
