As much as I appreciate the design's effort to use a different material and play with lights and shadows, I worry that once the blinds go up in the units, any sort of distinction between the aluminum panels and the windows will disappear, resulting in another grey blob. I guess time will tell.

Many condos have bylaws prohibiting anything but white on the exterior facing side of any window coverings. I suspect this’ll be the same. Annoying and boring.
