I just can't get past the value-engineering of the cladding. What we should've had here is something along the lines of the St. Regis in HK. Very unfortunate.

I'd say St.Regis was charging much more than what Bazis was charging for this tower. That said, I hate how this one is turning out. I would have taken a sleek glass box instead....I think...
 
Drove by this yesterday and it looks really good in person.
Seeing it only in pictures here, it can look cheaper than it does when you are standing in front of it live.

Will be a nice addition when complete.
