Toronto 1 Yorkville | 183.18m | 58s | Bazis | Rosario Varacalli

For me ,the building is very beautiful and has an unique architecture by Toronto standards.
There are not many buildings with such a beauty proposed these last days in the city.

I compiled many renders of 1 Yorkville from Aareas and i conclude that the building will
look like the renders. 1 Yorkville will be very pleasing to see !

Really wish they'd gone with a darker spandrel.
I completely agree.
Not even sure how a decision to use grey instead of something matching the window color could be made.
At least it's only on one side ( I believe ), but still unfortunate.

I assume they intended it to blend in with the fins.
 
The light mullions and spandrel (even worse) break up the lines of the building.

I think it goes from 9/10 in concept to 6/10 suburbia-tier in execution.

It looks much better on overcast days when the mullions blend into the glass and the aluminum panels reflect light at different angles
