Yes! I just noticed it last week now opened. I laughed out loud. A Tims located right across from The Beer Store; how very Canadian We would know that it's the end of the world if either of these two weren't successful, regardless of where they are located.

I like it, its always a lot less busy than the tims on the back of the building.

Looks like the new ceiling in the basement will have a curved ticker sign - visible as you come down the escalator or approach the escalators from from the subway.

Looks like some preliminary work is already underway in regards to this canopy.

I really hope they cover the ceiling above where the escalators are. That's just outright nasty and it just looks like a roof of some warehouse in Markham.

Looks like all the floors floor tiles are being replace.

Looks like an accessibility door going in on Dundas.

No loss there, it was an overpriced tourist trap. It's a prime frontage, I doubt it'll be vacant for long

The clothing store beside it closed a few months back, and it's still empty.
