The condo act, board powers, registration, etc..

Have you looked at them or tried to use one? They are absolutely THE WORST forms I have ever seen. I think I am quite savvy on condo stuff and they confuse me (when one can actually see them). For 'the average owner' they will REALLY confuse things. I hope that the Chris Jaglowitz blog linked to above and other emails to CAO they might be fixed but it is a REALLY bad sign of how the CAO will operate. I fear that it is yet another good idea poorly implemented.
I moved out of a condo back to a house right as this was coming in so I didn't have to use them.
