Seriously, is that real brick or stucco that is painted to look like brick.

I'm not convinced it's brick as there are no "holes" for drainage.


Vinyl in the back is bad enough but in the front?!?

Actually, the Betzner Brownstones on King East were the last townhouse complex built in Kitchener and were an awesome project that very much impressed most people.

These ones, however, ruined any aspect of The Star of Downtown that was good. lol

I was driving by this afternoon and came across this shlock !

The white fence was metal or PVC composite I think ... and it looked like CRAP.

The city should have said NO to this and midrise only ... hell, I don't know why the developer didn't just build another tower

I saw this in person and it's really BAD! I didn't think The Star Of Downtown was so bad but compared to this, it's a beauty. These are not only inappropriate in that area but they look so cheap and ugly.
