It does look like the exterior poster is going to be entombed.

There's also major construction down to bare concrete in 6 and 7 Donnelly (formerly Queen). Not sure what is being done. The additional third elevator in the queen street lobby looks done but is still roped off.

The Tim Hortons on 6 CC has opened in the Marketeria, as has the gift shop which moved up from 1 CC.

I wish that they'd also restore the north Bond elevator. Given all of the elevator problems in the past few years, it's a shame that there are a couple of elevator shafts sitting empty.

Interesting, the proposals we have seen so far is only 2s (though most of us imagined it is designed for far more)

At an open house at St Mikes about 2 years ago they were displaying a plan that showed a 2-storey building and another with floors added to it. I was told that the first phase was the lower floors and that the extra height was phase 2. I assume they are applying now for both phases.

The drawings/renderings are up are on the Dev App site:

That's some pretty uninspired architecture. The windows at grade are never going to be that transparent (unless the hospital decides to leave the ground floor vacant), so they're essentially just replacing a largely blank brick facade with a largely blank glass facade at street level.
