Probably the owner and his sons. (One of them used to be hotshot bartender at Teatro, c.2001.)

^Yeah, his sons are tradesmen...the one brother found it more lucrative than being a bartender at teatro. Iirc, they are half Italian.

Walking by here yesterday, I noticed that there were 10+ workers/tradesmen milling around the entrance. When I asked about a completion date, they all laughed as one replied: "summer 09." Make of that what you will...

Progress has been made on the interiors (drywall, etc.) over the past few months.

I have seen construction happening every day on the site...it seems to be slated to complete in March.
