It took them 12 years to build a hotel. So I'm guessing move-in date on LH will be 2024.

That hotel is beautiful inside--I was priviliged to get a tour a few months ago. It reminds me of being in Old Montreal.

They must have been passionate about the design details and devoted to quality. The end result is indeed beautiful. I hope they develop a high profile so that people know about this place and it succeeds.

Come on Templar Hotel: keep the red on the exterior! Once the Target stuff is gone, no one will think of that big-box store when they see it.

Although LED's are so 2008 something like that would be cool--a colour-changing lightbox would be interesting.
