I am excited to find this informative forum. Not sure what the rules are here, but I am a Real Estate Broker and I just received the floorplans and pricelist for Scenic 3. Am I allowed to post them here or only can do PM?

i feel sorry for anyone who has purchased here when the original proposal was for 2 towers and now a 3rd is being added.

hope this tower doesn't block anyone's views, etc ... and let's not forget the diminished land value, whatever little there was in the first place.

There is enough separation between the second and third towers, and enough Don Valley parkland, that everyone who bought in tower two will still be able to overlook the scenery. Some units in tower two will have part of their view taken up by tower three of course, but not all of it.

Why do you believe the land value will be diminished?

This reminds me that I took a bunch of photos a couple weeks back...and never got around to posting them. Here they are! The shapes are turning out really nicely. Can't wait to see phase three in the mix as well.
