They'd vote for him if he was dead! What I'd like to see is the age and gender demographics of the respondents as they correlate to the Forum numbers.

Its a weird line to take and tainted the whole read for me. I was truly shocked at his allegations of Renata's behavior and the fact that he spilled it. Guys a douche.

He whines a lot about being a recently divorced single dad in debt. Maybe he and Rob bonded over issues of "female treachery".

Oh I think he meant the PTSD was from death threats they got from Ford Nation after the police documents came out with their interviews in them.
 
I glanced at the Fabio Basso chapter of Fillion's book. It seemed pretty interesting. Ford hasn't spoken to him since the pipe beating. And he's suspicious of David Price, who he calls a scum bag. He says he ran into him a couple of years after the beating and Price says "Karma's a bitch" to him, presumably referring to the beatdown. Oh and Basso lost his job after the newspaper stories came out and hasn't been able to find a new one.
 
RE: Towhey's claim of former Ford staffers being "treated" for PTSD. Probably overdramatized, but you know, I can actually see that being a version of the truth. It puts me in mind of the infamous St. Patrick Day's incident where a drunken/stoned/fucked-up-out-of-his-already-tiny-mind Slob went absolutely berserk and terrorized members of his staff, including physically assaulting at least one of them. It would all depend on how often that sort of thing happened, and I'm willing to bet there's plenty of similar stories we haven't yet heard about.

Several of his staffers were young and inexperienced, and that kind of treatment would almost certainly shake them to their core, especially coming from such a 'popular celebrity' as Rofo. (Did Ford have any women on his staff?) Of course Towhey is a weasel - trying to take credit for steering the good ship SS Ford through various disasters while absolving himself from any of the blame of being henchman to a violent, unstable thug is quite a balancing act - but I don't doubt having a toxic mess like Rob Ford for a boss would be an utter nightmare.
