But the media will still go to him at every opportunity to give them a BS "fact and quote" as face value. They are being trolled. If the media want to send a message just stop asking Ford any questions, stop making him feel like a big shot. That's what he wants. Thats what he craves. If you have to use his quote, have it prefex "compulsive liar Doug Ford states..."

I just shake my head that city council voted unanimously 25-0 to have Rob Ford skip off work as long as he wants with no proof of anything. Then we wonder why Ford thinks he can get away with everything in life.
 
From the article that Pblo posted. Why was Lambrinos even interviewed for this? She worked for Cachet Ladies, it would seem that he runs Cachet or is involved somehow.


"She called her roommate earlier that night and told her she was having a bad date," said Tim Lambrinos, of the Adult Entertainment Association of
Canada. "She said 'she was going to leave the date' and was returning home."
That was the last time her roomie heard from Freeland until finding out of her death the next day.
Lambrinos said Freeland was known to some of the dancers in the association, who told him what happened.
"She told her roommate that there was a problem with her date," Lambrinos said. "That's the information coming from dancers who were friends."
The "friendly and outgoing" woman had only moved to Toronto a few months ago to work as a call girl for an escort agency.
Freeland worked for Cachet Ladies escort service and their website describes her as a "top model" whose daily rate started at $4,000.

For the record, I am not now nor have I ever been a Ford supporter. I did not vote for him in 2010 and questioned anyone who did. But I have significant experience in the corporate world at senior levels and my experience has been that those who are spendthrifts in their expense accounts are not always the best money managers period. I am not suggesting she won't manage money well but am cautious she might not. The NDP brand doesn't help.

For what it's worth, Kat's Meow, I'm an NDPer, but I also got what you were saying, and the attacks weren't warranted. I'm not sure if you have looked into the issue of "NDP spending", or if it's a case of Conservative talking points being repeated so often that they become reality for some, but I would suggest looking at it more in depth. Does anybody get a feeling that this is a Ford highschool flashback and now couldn't find the nerd to do their book report in time. Dude hurry finish my homework, class is about to start!

Too bad they can't find any right-wing councilors to do their work for them here like they did this entire term.

I'm starting to think that maybe Doug is looking for someone at CH to confirm they have a statement from a clinic, but that he's not having much luck because the clinic is some bogus outfit like Muskoka.
