Let's face it, Peepers is here just to piss off as many people as he can. He's not here for any rational discussion. He much prefers to instigate, lie, mislead, manipulate and generally be disingenuous. He'll flip back and forth, jumping through hoops as long as it gives him attention and pisses enough people off. That's just your a typical Ford supporter.

Exactly, this whole time I've been saying to my friends that I wouldn't mind the lying, the wife beating, the crack smoking and the utterly frivolous waste of tax dollars if Ford wasn't such a fatass. No one wants a fat guy as the public face of their local government. It's unseemly.

I've known about this for some time but held back so that media researchers had an opportunity to investigate. Now that many people are openly talking about it at City Hall, it's safe to say that the cover is blown and we can talk about it. One of Ford's staff allegedly organized the meetings so a FOI Request on their communications might come up with a phone number or web history.
The Star has been looking into this and Editor Michael Cooke has hinted that they had more to reveal. Given that chatter has gone up, I think that we'll see The Star publish their findings soon enough.

I suspect Matlow must have it on good authority that a certain paper will be breaking a story soon about Ford Escorts - perhaps this will happen as early as this morning!
Without naming names I happen to know for a fact that a certain group of investigative reporters have been working diligently on such a story. How do know this? It may come as a surprise to you but I have provided to them - by back-and-forth emails - information for their story. I knew it was only a matter of time before this story would break.
