You're treating the symptom, not the cause (i.e. foolish electorate).

Ranked ballots are a much needed reform - uninformed voters are not the only problem.

But term limits are fundamentally undemocratic.

If only they expanded it to include Assyrian and Yezidi genocide, which occurred simultaneously as the Pontian and Armenian genocide.

The Bloor St Bike debate was filled with amazing stupidity from the usual cast of characters. Minnan-Wong proposed a motion (defeated) that the City should measure the amount of CO consumed (yes, consumed!) on Bloor Street before and after the one-year trial.

Dont worry everyone, we can look forward to more foolish comments being made with the total number of councilors being increased to 47, up from 44. As if city council wasnt already a dysfunctional mess.

This would see the representation of downtown doubled from what it is today. Expect this to be opposed by the majority of suburban councillors.
