Yeah, the construction flood lamps on each floor are very bright from all angles. RBC is lit up like a christmas tree every night.

I walked by RBC last night, and I can confirm that the LEDs are not running up the entire height of the building. It was still only lit up to the 10th or so floor. It seems that they're really making us wait for the LEDs and gap closing, it's such a tease.

That's 18 York Street. It's the fourth office tower to go up in the core this cycle, and will be the new Toronto headquarters for PricewaterhouseCoopers

They've started filling in the gap in the roof. When I rode by at about 4:45 all
of the frames were in place (the ones that were temporarily positioned to one
side. And they had just started placing the fill-in panels.

It's not great quality, as the heat coming from the condo in front was blurring the image, but its better than nothing. You can see the frames in place.
