Do you guys think occupancy will get pushed once again? If so what are we expecting?

Thanks for the pics, it looks amazing! From your experience, do you think the progress on this is in line with the August 2019 occupancy date or do you think it will get delayed?
As noted, no way for 2019 procession. Still got close to 2-5 months before topping off both towers. That make June for the first tower and Sept for the second one. Until windows/glazing in place, can't start interior work and finishing detail. Various interior walls along with untiles can take place during this time.

Not impress with this build at all and continue to be low grade like the rest of the buildings.

In addition to all the suite interior finishes, which are typically completed on a lower floor to upper floor basis, occupancy requires installation, testing, and commissioning of the mandatory life safety systems - the smoke and fire detectors, pull stations, the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) alarm system, annunciators, interlock system with locked doors at fire exits, sprinkler system components where required, etc. While some components may be implemented on a floor-by-floor basis, the core components must be there before occupancy. So - depending on the building, its developer, and the contractors, occupancy would typically be at minimum six months after topping off (for a smaller building) to as much as a year after topping off for a much larger one.

You are correct as I was only highlight what is needed to start finish details. I expect the first batch of owners moving in late first quarter of 2020 with luck. Until all that you noted is fully tested and certify, no occupancy can take place. Even after the first batch of owners moving end, interior work will still be taking place as well outside. Seen a fair number of buildings that still needs exterior work on them 6 months plus after someone has moved in.

The Britt as an example of unfinished exterior work months after someone moved in.
