Shooting the site today, I would say no. Neither tower is not fully top off, and only haft enclose. The podium is more advance, but don't see it being ready for Feb

Just got my firm occupancy date of July 22, 2020 ?. Does any one know how long closing takes after occupancy? I know it varies but on average for amacon?
