Ironically, PL is one of the ugliest buildings in that view!

Today was one of the first times that I got to see a large portion of High park
and I can't believe how close it is to Park Lake. Our building may not be state of the art and sits literally between 2 highways, but I can say that having view and being steps to the lake and high park is absolutely amazing. You can't get any closer than that.

They're on the 13th level installing the windows and on the 8th floor installing the metal frames for the balconies. Construction seems to be a little slower than usual. The sales office was closed today because of the festival. There was also security on-site at PL. I'm not too surprised as people would likely park at the sales office and some crowds may cause damage to PL.

I'm going to guess that they finish up installing the glass in both towers by the end of summer and start the interiors by early fall. At least they'd better...

Josef, you're right about things slowing down. I actually live close to PL and drive by it a couple times a day. Let's just hope it's because all the action's happening on the inside...

Actually, a massive bomb, akin to Saber's (in)famous LA River piece would be really incredible here.

Clearly, they're not going to leave that concrete wall looking like that. They're going to use the same white material used in the front, with a few frames (resembling windows) on it.

I just took a brisk walk by the lake and noticed that they pretty much
completed the windows on the 14th level and 15 should start soon.

Although I'm sure the interiors and views will be nice and this will have good resale, etc... the first thing I thought of when I saw the above photo was how much I was reminded of the "Be Bloor" project just west of Bloor and Landsdowne. I don't know why. That was just my first thought.
