Orangeville-Brampton Railway (OBRY)

Yes. CP has always kept control of the first mile or so of the former Orangeville line. That includes customers in Mississauga. The CP-owned line ends north of Highway 401, near the old Derry Road alignment.
Is CP planning to shut down that part of the line?

The crossing signals have been removed from the OBRY crossings between Steels Avenue and English Street in Brampton. I don't know if any other crossings have had their signals removed, but I do know for sure that they have been removed between Steels Avenue and English Street.

Here are some pictures of the Chinguacousy Road crossing on July 16, 2023

Removing the Bovaird Drive crossing, August 31. About 50 metres of track on either side was removed as well.

The diamond at Downtown Brampton is still intact, complete with functioning signal protection lights for non-existent OBRY trains.
