Vaughan never really pretended to be objective when he was with City, so I don't see how him continuing his show changes things. Don't forget, the Vaughan name and CityTV go back 25-odd years to his father Colin, so I can't see City letting Adam go entirely.
What *really* shocks me the most is that he's actually wearing neckties to council. I thought he'd take the John Sewell route and wear turtlenecks or continue to wear open-necked collars as he did throughout his tenure at City, even after all other male reporters had to wear ties after a brief (i.e. pre-Chum purchase) flirtation with dress-down wardrobes.
