After the previous City Planning Report in June 2006 (http://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/2006/agendas/committees/te/te060913/it019.pdf) refusing a 18 + 9s proposal followed by a OMB appeal process ... it seems like this site is now going forward with a Site Plan Application at 14 + 7s ~
