Map of entrances

I did a google search but came up empty handed. I'm looking for a subway entrance map. Sort of a blow up of each intersection that has a subway station with a marking to show where all the various entrances are.
Does such a thing exist?

The closest thing to what you're mentioning would be the map of vicinity at each station. Can't seem to find them on TTC's website.
