Great rendering.
Poor Simcoe Place...it used to be the star of the show next to the CN Tower and its SkyDome sidekick, but it could be totally absorbed within the skyline from some angles in a few years. I remember looking down from the CN Tower when I was 8 or so and seeing nothing but parking lots and wastelands. Our CBD is still a clumped corporate butte, but it will be far less pronounced soon.
My favourite part of the rendering might be the original photo itself - you have downtown, then this impossibly dense canopy hiding all the rich people, then this profusion of sketchy towers in the background.
edit - And no matter how many towers go up, the CN Tower is still so freaking huge that it looks photoshopped in.
