Just got a call from my lawyer. Registration will be Dec 21!!!! Only 3 weeks!!!

What kind of rates did you guys get. I got 3.29 5 year fixed with ING through a broker.

The notice in the elevator says Nov 30th.

this is correct. TD called me this morning to talk business and said the transfer would occur some time the week of the 20th.
