i'm ok with the townhomes being there.... but they could have been done differently. kind of in a colonial style - with white stucco and black railings. not sure if i'm describing it correctly

yup....looks like all we have to look forward to is Chapelfor - which will be nice. It's supposed to have a farmer's market and cafe open during the morning/day and restaurant at night

To my knowledge, Chapelfor has gone bye bye. Signs are down, no permits issued and no buzz in the industry. Too bad.

I am wondering if they would do anything about that gigantic cell tower right next to the south side of the building... I think the owners of the lake facing units are in for a huge shock!

wow - so they should be done by mid-may with the glass and they've already started the interiors for the lower floors from what I could tell (I saw floorplans taped to the windows... which would mean the interiors for those units commenced). I guess the only other major work that needs to be completed prior to people moving in at the end of July/beginning of August is the parking garage and lobby.

looks like there are only about 6 more floors to go. I heard that the plumbers might be going on strike starting May 1. Anyone else here that?

Small update from today:

Looks like they're on the 18th floor, 7 more to go! You can also see they're starting some work for KWL there in the front... Maybe 10 works on site and a few pieces of equipment.
