It is indeed a private home. The array moves with the sun.

The Gas Bar is in North Augusta as with house.

It looks like a new Rosedale is evolving with those McMansions. Kind of surprised anyone would want to build mansion like those there.

It looks like a new Rosedale is evolving with those McMansions. Kind of surprised anyone would want to build mansion like those there.

I think those are being built with HELOC windfalls generated by price growth. These garish new build monster homes, as some call them, are popping up all over the suburbs. My former middle of the road North York area was starting to sprout these. But I don't think they match Rosedale's relative sophistication - these nu McMansions are almost always crude and tasteless.

I would not call it the new Rosedale. It's actually a decent place to live especially with the new football/soccer/play area field coming next year followed by the new urban park.
