True. I found that out my own way in 1995 when I graduated from an Ontario university and wanted to do my masters in Britain. Judging by the number of non-resident Canadians I used to encounter coming to Canada (when I worked with Canada Customs at Pearson in the early 1990s) often for the first time in their lives to attend government-funded university, I am thinking the UK does it better.Just an FYI, as a dual Canadian-British citizen who works at a UK university - fees are based on residency, not citizenship. Your daughters would need to live here for three years to quality for UK Home fees vs International fees.
