since Option for Homes hired Deltera as their construction contractor, one can be reassured the built quality isn't going to be an issue ... its really Tridel afterall

I hear many good things about Tridel, I'm just glad it's not Daniels... Our brand new Daniels condo started to fall apart just a few short months after moving in...

I took pretty much the same pictures a couple of weeks ago. : Looks like the construction has moved on, even though apparently there were some problems with underground water.
Would some of you, who live in the area, please tell us how bad it actually is with the air quality issue caused by the recycling plant? We purchased a south facing suite, with only one window facing east which is supposed to be sealed, and I find this extremely irritating. Thanks in advance for any comments!!!

March 23-09:
They spent some time rebuilding the retain wall the last few months. This included the work along the rail corridor to the north. As for the air, I have not notices anything.
