If you have a good reserve it means you’re less likely to be absolutely screwed when your new stock supplier turns out to be a dud, as SEPTA is finding out.

Seems some have been moved to one of the tracks near the Willowbrook canopy. (not my image)

Don't know if this means they're getting ready to put them in service yet but who knows.
