While shooting on Bay St. I got boxed in by the riot police who were responding to the cruiser fire. About 8 of us huddled in the doorway of the National Club and were confronted by the police who pointed their machine guns at us and ordered us to leave. Some of the people were struck by batons and shields. Some of the following pix are a bit blurry because of the intensity of the situation

Wanna know the honest truth?

I wanted to throw this piece of trash in jail and throw away the keys this afternoon! (He was inciting the crowd to destroy the car.)

I found it amusing taking photos of skyscrapers...the ultimate symbol of wealth is really property...meanwhile the suburban trash were destroying the very things that keep roof's over their heads.
