Also, weird coincidence, but TED just posted a second Ingels talk today. It was recorded in May 2011, and looks like he went through a very similar deck to the one he did in Toronto.
the project is to be at the don mills shopping center, with 2 towers. one slightly over 100m and one slightly below. (AFIAK)
It should be on the waterfront. That's where it would have the most impact.
