I was out on the Island this weekend, and I have to say while I am actually a fan of FCP's achitecture (I like mostly boxes), the building is looking very sad and neglected. the south side is mostly raw marble and since they are replacing slabs as required, it only goes to show how bad off the building needs refitting that is much more all encompasing.
