Favourite Buildings of 2014: Commercial

With 2014 almost in the books, we want to know what your favourite new building (completed in 2014) is!

The results may be private, but everyone is free to share their votes in this thread, as well as their reasons for doing so.

I do like the Delta (best ground realm in the Southcore area?), and 60 Atlantic is a beautiful project (love me some Cor-ten steel!), but I went with the Market Street Redevelopment because of the amazing transformation. A full block redeveloped and we restore history instead of tearing it down or plopping the facades onto a cash cow? What's not to love?

I also voted for Market Street. I wonder if it was made a fully pedestrian street as so many wanted, if it would be leading. Either way, it's my favourite this year by quite some margin.

Market Street for me as well. I do feel that the Delta and 60 Atlantic are quite excellent too though.
