Southcore Financial Centre is a major mixed-use, sustainable development built in Toronto's emerging Southcore Financial District.

Designed to exceed the expectations of today's globally connected tenants and urban travelers, this three-phase project will include two office towers totalling 1.4 million sq.ft. and the Delta Toronto – a next generation, premium 4-star hotel. Connected by an urban forest, this fully integrated complex will provide an enclised pedestrian access to Union Station, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and the PATH network.

Located on 3.25 acres at the centre of Toronto's expanding financial core and entertainment district, SFC occupies a full block from York to Lower Simcoe Streets. The fully integrated complex is conveniently connected to Union Station and the best of Downtown Toronto via the extensive PATH network. Just a short walk to the Air Canada Centre, King and Bay and Toronto's waterfront makes SFC a great location for both tenants and travelers.

The soon-to-be completed firt phase of SFC – a 650,000 sq.ft. office tower branded PwC Tower – will serve as head office for PwC. Development of the second phase of the complex includes a 30-storey, 700,000 sq.ft. Bremner Tower.

With both towers designed to LEED® Gold certification, SFC is setting the standard for tenant comfort, performance and environmentally responsible design.
