60 Atlantic is located in the heart of Liberty Village, an area undergoing rapid transformation characterized by thousands of new condominiums set amidst historic industrial buildings.

Built in 1898, this industrial building housed St. David's Wine Grower's Co. until 1922, a warehouse for Eaton's, and in the 90's was converted by Artscape into studios for artists.

Hullmark's redevelopment plan calls for the adaptive reuse of the existing building to create a first-class, boutique office, retail and restaurant space. Rather than tear down the structure and begin anew, the plan allows for the restoration of a significant heritage asset that will easily blend in to the existing fabric of the neighbourhood while bringing new economic and social activity to the site.
