Occupancy for Rhythm is expected for October 2009.

They would really have to go some to meet that date....no?

That's what is on my purchase agreement and apparently they are on track to meet that, but I think everyone who bought one is expecting SOME delay...hopefully not too much though!

Some life coming to downtown Brampton (I presume this is the result of the condos starting to have more people live there) but there are two new coffee shops opening up in the near future (Starbucks in the Dominion Building and Green Roasters where Aggie Martin used to be).

Sad yes....but not permanent. Still waiting for the province to come through with the funding and final plan for a supplementary health care facility on the old PMH site.
