Hi.
I'm not going to make myself feel very welcome with this kind of first post, but I have to say it:
Jokes, how about backing up your opinion with some facts and reasons why you would say, in capital letters no less, to "stay away" ? I searched this entire website and could find very little about co-ownerships, so it would certainly be useful to back up what you're saying rather than spreading FUD.
