Hey guys, I have some photos that I'd like to sell to a Canadian gossip magazine. If it pans out, I'll let you know what they're about.

I know for certain that they're quite valuable and will indeed sell magazines.

The object of the photos in question is only of interest to the Canadian public though.

I've already contacted the Toronto SUN but that is limiting myself. These photos have Canadian wide appeal.

I don't follow gossip mags because first I'm not interested in gossip but mostly because most of what they publish are lies. What I have are in fact true news but only of interest to the gossip crowd. Because I don't follow these magazines, I don't know if there are any that follow Canadian gossip news.

Somebody suggested Inside Entertainment. Is that Canadian? Any others?

Perfect. I'll contact them all to maximize the financial potential.

SunMedia does have a lot of outlets. I don't think they'll refuse what I got. The question is how much will I charge for these "shocking" photos of a prominent Canadian?

Oh! I can't give it to Shinan Govani. Not only does he know me but he knows the person in these compromising photos well and would probably squeel. Keeping my anonymity will be important here.

I'll contact !Hello! though...

What are the TV equivalents? eTalk is one of them right? ... I know there are others but can't put my finger on it.

I would try every magazine. I'm pretty sure a lot of the US ones print Canadian versions with Canadian gossip.

Tried SunMedia: They were interested, but their right wing corporate interests would not be happy with this story.

Tried Hello!: They're "celebrity-friendly". This would ruin their image. After all, celebrities pose for their mag.

I wish we had a National Enquirer style mag here in Canada...

Why not just "publish" the photos on UT? Think of the interest that would get--all those eyeballs would surely make someone around here a millionaire?

If the man in question is indeed Ben Mulroney there are several Quebec publications that might be interested--they're much racier than the rest of Canada. Otherwise, send your tip to me and I'll have it appear in the next Frank.:)

Lol.. just contacted FRANK. Waiting for a reply...

Which racy QC publications do you suggest? :)

Nothing I can photograph of Rob Ford would be worth anything. If I got our current PM in a compromising situation, I would give it away for free in hopes that he'd resign.

If it's political rather than celebrity-based have you considered the Canadian Press?

EDIT: There also seems to be websites and agencies who specifically deal with this sort of thing.
