Peloton has leased 130 Bloor West's vacant spot.
Also CBRE is repositioning 111-113 Yorkville for a high end retail transformation with an extension. The block of Yorkville between Belair and Hazelton is going to be quite something in a few years.

This is very nice. It maintains the Victorians that make Yorkville tick - but modernizes them for 21st century high end retail.

I'd love to see more of this. And ya, Yorkville Ave. is turning into quite the high street. It gives all these high end brands street presence on both Bloor and Yorkville now.

I find it interesting they're using 50 Bloor West in their promotional material (though not surprising, having spent well over a decade dealing with commercial real estate agents).

Has there been any movement on this in the past two years? My bet is the lease for Artizia at the Holt Renfrew Centre is a decent for the amount of leasehold improvement they seem to be doing. And Holts themselves seem to have been doing a lot of internal renovation, but nothing that looks structural. So we're likely not to see any construction going on for at least a couple of years.

There is Audemars Piguet advertising in the second floor windows of 135 Yorkville, beside the Richard Mille shop. Not sure if this means AP is moving in, or if it's Louis Black advertising, or what.

I don't think this has been mentioned here...but Chik-Fil-A (sp?) is opening at One Bloor, in the corner street-front space at Yonge and Hayden :|

It’s getting Quite upscale I see.

You know what I love about UT? It's not the diagrams (though they can be great) or the database (though it can be useful)...

It's the posters, at least some of them.

Five words, no profanity.....a searing dig.

Near the North York, York, & Old Toronto tripoint

That would be very interesting.

It would be great if it were to open on Sundays, but that would be very unlikely.

I hope that Chick-Fil-A's Canadian operations are separate from its American operations, especially when it comes to political and religious views (oh, and there better be poutine made using waffle fries).
