Former motel strip at Lakeshore & Parklawn. I did some quick calculations. The Shore Breeze was open for 70 years. I'm estimating they had about 40 rooms. Average of 1.5 guests per night with a 65% occupancy rate means they would have had just under 1 million guests during the life of the motel. Just in case you wanted to know.
