More property managers should revitalize their aging office towers this way, instead of altering the facades with cheap or flashy new materials. The plans to reclad the distinctive black and silver towers of the Richmond Adelaide Centre in glass are unfortunate.

I think they are for what looks like AC units - which presumably they don't need anymore with Enwave cooling?

Nice sleuthing! I thought they were a subtle design feature, but I guess they were just there for the (now-removed) AC fans.
