There can't be that many Spicecarts buying properties in Toronto, so I think you can assume that they are intending to renovate and restore here based on the company's portfolio!Would be nice to see the existing structure restored.
While it's fairly modest, Toronto is a bit short on these types of housing typologies (especially ones that don't have SUV-sized parking garages attached).
Interesting note- not sure if it's the same Spicecart, but it looks like their portfolio has some heritage restorations?
