Update from ADI Valera towers is up at 4 floors right now and it will increase to 9 floors by fall and Valera Townhouses begins

A little Construction update: Windows install from first to three floors, We’re at 7 floors built and The townhouses are building right now!

Valera Construction Update (October 2021) \r\nBuilding A: Concrete pouring has been completed up to the eighth level and level nine will be complete by the end of this week.\r\n\r\nBuilding B: Window installations have been completed up to the third floor and work has begun on the fourth floor amenities, including the outdoor pool.\r\n\r\nTowns: Framing is up to 75% complete for some of the blocks, and other blocks are scheduled to begin framing very soon.

Tower A
- Drywall nearing completion for Level 2 units
- HVAC, electrical, and plumbing rough-in complete through Level 3
- Suite framing complete through Level 5

Tower B
- Windows being installed on Level 2 & 3
- Concrete work is mostly complete. Level 9 slab is fully poured and verticals are almost complete up to Level 10.

Townhomes
- Stucco installed in Blocks 3 & 7
- Framing across the townhomes is either in progress or complete
- HVAC, electrical, and plumbing rough-in started in many homes already
- Drywalling should begin soon

Valera Construction Update – February 2022

There are lots of exciting things happening at Valera! Since our last construction update, a lot has been done at Valera.

Building A
- Framing is complete on Level 7 and started on Level 8
- Drywall is complete up to Level 5
- Kitchen and flooring installation has begun on Level 2

Building B
- Windows are fully installed on Level 4 and started on Level 5
- Hallway framing to begin shortly

Townhomes
- Roof framed in Block 1, drywall and stucco underway in Block 2
- Drywall and taping ongoing in Block 3, plumbing rough-in started in Block 4

- All units being framed in Block 5, foundation walls being constructed in Block 6
- HVAC and electrical underway and stipple, trim, and railings install getting started in Block 7

As the weather thaws and spring rolls in, we are eager to keep the progress moving toward getting all units drywalled and finishes started.

While I was going to shop at Fortinos but we don’t have pictures and we have some update: The second crane at ADI Valera Condos has come down, still under construction, more windows still installing and townhouses looking well.

The move in occupancy date will be in Spring 2023
