1000 more units. This subdivision with one access point boggles my mind. We haven't learned anything from past development. Built the high order transit first. There's an extremely low success rate in building proposed subways.

At some point they're going to have to build over or under at least one set of tracks. One access point is unsustainable for such a dense area.

The trip to the Agincourt GO would have been more direct and pleasant if they had left a gap for a public boulevard between Selene and Avani with a bridge or tunnel to Collingwood Park.

The City issued an RFP for a Schedule C EA for a north-south street between Village Green Square and Sheppard East, with grade separation under the CP Rail corridor

…and the next development to the north, Cowdray Court by Gemterra, is planning for an extension of their main street across the tracks… so it's going to take a while, but there will be a second access point.
