Appreciate and many thanks for the floorplans HelloToday. It isn't too too bad... a little pricier than what I would have liked, but the floorplans themselves aren't bad at all. A lot of good use of space; but it is really small though - a den at 5' x 5' 6" ? man - that's just a walk in closet!
Maintenance fees only include: common area utilities, maintenance, gas and insurance? so I gather that GAS = HEAT, and it doesn't include AC? because not all AC runs on GAS.
