2018 Ontario Provincial Election Discussion

^ All good points! To keep this tethered to recent events like this though, and projecting this one to act in a somewhat similar fashion...lol...brace yourself not so much for Granite Lady's supporters going critical...but the Granite herself melting into magma and spewing unpleasant details from behind the curtain of Doug's Dirty Dancehall.

This is like mixing virii and bacteria, all on the same team, until one decides to feed on the other. Protoplasmastic propenia. There's no cure until the patient dies.

I wonder if she'll turn on the party?

Even if she did, where would those who support her views go? The Conservative Party still seems like their best choice.

At this point it seems he did himself a huge favour by dumping her.

Even she didn’t use the withdrawal method

One thing I found interesting is that his comment didn't actually disavow the party of holding those particular views. He simply wrote they were not expressed responsibly.

Say what you will about Patrick Brown, but he wasn't shy about making it clear that his PC Party welcomed those in the LGBTQ community.

Interesting. If Granic Allen threw her support behind it there could be some traction - it would only be the hardline opponents though.

Ford disavows support from Quebec man alleged to be notorious white nationalist

"I condemn this guy's views and everything he stands for. If he knew anything about Ford Nation, he would know we welcome people from all backgrounds, religion, & income levels,"

Really?

One has to wonder why the Conservative party consistently attracts these types...

Here Lawton blames mental illness, despite the fact more than a few of his comments were after the period he's referring to:

http://www.qpbriefing.com/2018/05/0...struggles-after-bigoted-jokes-surface-online/

"Last week Press Progress, an online publication overseen by the Broadbent Institute, reported on some of Lawton's comments on his Rebel Media podcasts. In a 2016 episode, he suggested German Chancellor Angela Merkel deserved to have women sexually assaulted in her country because of her refugee policies. In another, he complained about “the pussification of the West,” a termed he coined for the feeling that men can no longer be men."

What does it say about Ford and what they'll be under his leadership when he selected all of these clowns!?

After all these years, I would've hoped the PC Party would've been past this kind of nonsense.
