Another rebuild along Ossington.

It's not bad, though I feel like a cornice of some kind would complete this design. It's very obviously not 50s modernism but it's also clearly new so it can't masquerade as a heritage building that lost its cornice. This'd look much nicer if they went with one in my opinion.
