I politely asked someone who had the ability (yourself for instance), to start a thread where a topic that has been briefly discussed in the 1 Bloor East thread (the effect of the hurting economy on development) could be discussed - perhaps in a more appropriate spot within the UT forum.

I didn't want to state any particular opinions because I thought that they would best be saved for the new thread once it was started.

I didn't realize that it wouldn't be too offensive.

Wow, that's a dramatic shot of the intersection. Thank you for providing it. If the tower does not precede because of the worldwide implosion of credit then it would make a tremendous public park/square for areas residents and employees until the market recovers several years from now.

Can someone please tell me the dimensions of this lot?
