I'm curious what will happen to the lot across the street from the PetroCanada, that used to be an Esso/Husky but it has been dormant for ages. I believe the fencing just says "Option Construction" and has so for years.

Still no hints of who the retail tenant(s) will be :|

I'm curious how many plans are non-public at the moment. Kirkor tipped their hand on this project with their Wilde promotional renders that included this tower. If that email is anything to go by then they're also planning two towers at the current site of Chalker's pub - 247 Marlee (in fact...

Far from perfect but thrilled to finally see some appropriate density close to Eglinton West station. Allen-Eg is pathetically underdeveloped compared to its sister neighborhood of Yonge and Eg.
